I really like the way you handled the bottom connection on the bracket. Interesting way of dealing with the top connection. I was thinking beefier but there is no real reason for that. I like to over engineer things and over think. I think turn signals can be mounted to the bottom attachment pins, small ones. Thanks, Vanzen!!

I really love it when I can make this stuff myself. I don't have a welder so I take stuff to a guy I know. This I can do myself.
Re: another hair brained idea
You would love an oxy acetylene set of torches. I bought mine used ages ago. Totally worth it. If you have time when you visit, I could show you how to get started. Of course, then the more you practice, the better you get.twist wrote:I really love it when I can make this stuff myself. I don't have a welder so I take stuff to a guy I know. This I can do myself.

yes, I would like a set of torches. I used to braze a long time ago but it's been a while. I finally have the fairing bracket where it's ready to weld along with my center stand. I've been taking pics of the process. It's been really a lot easier than I expected and the results should be great. I'll post photos when I'm done.

A fairng bracket welded to your center stand. That might be a bit complex.twist wrote: I finally have the fairing bracket where it's ready to weld along with my center stand.
