Timo, I should be clear by saying that I am not pointing a finger or accusing you or anyone of raping a forest. Well, someone has but I don't know the particulars and I don't even know which forests.

I have to hope that I'm being a good wood steward on a personal level. most of the wood I use is wood others have discarded. I just rescued some super bitchin' maple from the dumpster behind my shop today. I wonder what it will become?

I love everything about wood except for the splinters. Sometimes I wonder if splinters are Tree Karma.
