I don't get it. Are you saying the KTM uses only a screen for oil filtration?

Yes, the 250 has one. One end of the filter says "This End Out", and forum posters are putting them in backward and wondering what is wrong with their engine. So maybe the 125 is more...foolproof?

I had a old CB200 for a while. It had a screen, but it also had a oil slinger, as well. One that was much easier to service than those on the pre-1970 airheads.

No! they use a screen and 2 filters on the 690 engine.70 hp a serious single. :)

Neither, their venom is so nasty even the wilderness survival guys don't recommend eating them! I've been bitten twice, it was no fun...
