I have seen the slideshow on Brad's GPS on his bike.
I even recognized a couple of the pictures!
Tool porn
Re: Tool porn
Hi,
While my 1993 R100R came with a lot of cool stuff it did not come with one tool besides the ignition key.
How can I get one of those kits that's correct for my bike? Even just the tools would work for me, as I am good with designing the roll or some other way of storage.

Things which are different in order simply to be different are seldom better,
but that which is made to be better is almost always different.

Souljer, here's a photo of the factory tool kit that BMW sells for your bike. Go to http://www.maxbmwmotorcycles.com/fiche/PartsFiche.aspx# and check out what's available for your bike under "Accessories" Note: there are some special tools in this kit which will not show up in the standard BMW kit, like that hook wrench for adjusting the rear shock, etc. Right click on picture to "view image" full size:

Re: Tool porn
Tim, those tools are too pretty to use.
You'd have to run them through a few cycles in a washing machine full of gravel and sump oil to make them look right.

Just imagine the sound effects if the machine was full of fresh new Heyco tools, sump oil and gravel.
ps: Bloody Australians. You'd think their time could be better spent cleaning up that yard.
