I thought most MC speedos are optimistic and say you are going faster than you really are. Though I've noticed the one on my GS is pretty close to what the GPS says I'm doing - it usually reads 2 or 3 MPH faster than the GPS says which ain't bad.
Didn't I say I have a modified bike. I have a 32/11 rear end with a stock 90/6 speedo made for lower gears.
My speedo reads slow.
So...36 PSI for Macadams? I asume that's the rear. What about front?
Will check swing arm preload.

35psi front for me, lasertec, bt45, mac50e,
Maybe 2 psi less for winter.

Readjusted steering head, reset swing arm pivots, pumped up tires 34 front and 36 rear.
Road from Bellingham WA to Salem Oregon and back on some great back roads I had previously missed on other trips.
No more shake at any speed, even very high ones. I think it was the tire pressure.
