OK....So I recently bought a used 82 RS. The guy threw in a BMW toolkit, but it's likely incomplete.
Can someone post a list or better yet a photo of precisely should be in this model's OEM kit?

Still Guessing which exact items came in the original 82rs kit. I would guess that out of all these tool photos, it might be the one you (ME109) posted on Nov 23?

Nov23? Perhaps Nov30.
There are a few ring ins in that pic.
Take out the dark allen keys, feeler gauges, four spanners on the left hand side.
Not in that pic are pliers, black handled phillips head.

Steve's link showing the full kit would be for a later mono.
There are extra tools, and omitted tools from what I have.

Time to google for pics of the right kit. Let's see what we find.



From the above pic take out the rear wheel nut brace, the shock adjuster, those screwdrivers don't look correct.....

Jeff, the pic above from RealOEM is for up to 76-84 models, but it's the "super" version with a bigger pouch and more tools. It was offered as an option.
Notice it doesn't have the right angled wheel nut spanner in it, which is a mono tool.
Here's the usual kit, though I thought feeler gauges were included and #21 is a mystery to me too. #12 looks to be incorrectly labeled.
This also has two screwdrivers where mine has one with a rotatable blade for flat & philips.

My new 77 /7 came with that red screwdriver and one of my used /5s came with that yellow one. Can't remember the rest, what does that say?

The tommy bar is in the pic, but not the list. it is used on the double end sockets and to remove the rear wheel.They came in two different sizes...
