I used to have to pick up a wrench and a screwdriver at the same time when I was working on the locknut type valve adjusters fitted to my old Guzzi Le Mans. These days I generally find that while I regularly use wrenches and screwdrivers it tends to be sequentially (occasionally I will use two wrenches simultaneously, but that doesn't seem to be the issue here).

Not sure if that makes me an Adept or a Believer, or maybe a lapsed Adept...

Not meaning to stray off topic , but when did tubless tires for motorcycles become available? My early bikes all had tubes, but there really weren't any other options. My newest bike has cast wheels and runs tubeless radials, but that idea wasn't even a concept when my airhead was built. I don't recall seeing tubeless tires for motorcycle use until the 80's, but I really wasn't looking.
