Order seems a bit odd....
Shoot it, cut it up, fry it, eat it. With pita bread?

OMG

I can't believe I didn't recognize the progression. And here I was thinking " why do you need to stab and smack one that you've shot?

I hate it when my pita bread splits when I am trying to open it up.
A real PITA, if you ask me.

Just pop it in the pan and fry it up.

You'd have to run them through a few cycles in a washing machine full of gravel and sump oil to make them look right.
You must go through washing machines like crazy!
On first read, I read this as MS saying that Charlie must have been through a lot of cycles of being in the washing machine. He doesn't look that worn out to me. :)

Nov23? Perhaps Nov30.
There are a few ring ins in that pic.
Take out the dark allen keys, feeler gauges, four spanners on the left hand side.
Not in that pic are pliers, black handled phillips head.

Steve's link showing the full kit would be for a later mono.
There are extra tools, and omitted tools from what I have.

Time to google for pics of the right kit. Let's see what we find.

From the above pic take out the rear wheel nut brace, the shock adjuster, those screwdrivers don't look correct.....
At this point, I really wish I was more adept at putting pictures up here. Anyway, when I was hit on my bike, the original tool kit was stolen by the tow truck driver who took it from the accident scene. I was not aware they would do that and mostly concerned with finding the woman who knocked me off my bike while I waited at a red light. You can learn from this. If your bike is taken away by a tow truck, grab your tool kit.

So, I went to the BMW dealer and bought their deluxe tool kit for something like $220.00. That's a lot of money for, basically, tools I already have in my tool chest. It seems to be a really nice, complete tool kit. I'm glad I bought it. Along with a few extra tools that I carry, and some spares like wire, tape, a few fasteners, etc. I wrap the tools in an old towel. That gives me a bit more room in the tool tray because the tools can nestle into corners that would otherwise be empty. It also gives me one more rag I can lay out tools/parts on if I'm using the tools to fix something.

The main point of me putting up this comment is that I wanted to say that in general, it doesn't matter to me what was original tools for my bike. That BMW deluxe kit is a great set of tools and there are none that won't work on my bike.

So, now we know MS considers a frying pan a weapon. Yeowch!

Yes, I've been catching up on this thread. That's why so many comments.

We may need to ban frying pans.
