Who fixes bings in Australia

Since getting the /7 registered my attention has moved to the G/S. Some butchering has taken place in the (R) carby . I read in the documents that came with the bike , all those years ago a mechanic noted that he was unable to remove the main jet.
Is there a binguru somewhere I can send my problem to? I have a vague memory of people sending their carbs to a guy in QLD and recommending his work

Who is he?
Any machine shop can mill out a stuck main jet.
Midel in Sydney are one of the few carb shops left standing, but I have only used them for SU parts and advice

Airbear, I have been here before, off and on, over the past 20 years, but just changed my internet server and the easiest way for me to get things to work was a new registration under a new address.
I am in Adelaide - SteveD will know who I am-----------.
