If he MEANT $35.000, I think it's a stupid amount of money for the bike, but he might get it. $350,000 is F'ing insane.

If it has 43 miles on it, why is the engine apart???????????

Maybe only the speedo has 43 miles on it. :o

Yeah, you'd think a 43 mile on the odo, $350,000 bike would come in "unmolested" condition. Or, at least they'd put it back together before they sold it. lol

I swear, y'all are just cheap bastards !
I hope he gets $350,000 for the damn thing –
(I've got bikes to sell, too, and would like to see a strong market ...)

The seller may not want to sell the bike, but is getting pressure from a SO.

A guy I know has a ratty MG TC missing the engine and trans, his wife was bitching at him for it taking up space. So he listed it for sale, $10,000. Guess what! No calls, he got to keep the car as no one was willing to buy the MG, just like Don knew would happen, but the wife was off his back.

But there maybe only one punter out there willing to spend a third of a million on a 10 grand bike and I want to sell him one of my pieces of junk finely restored bikes.

Maybe the owner was up grading the valve train at 43 miles to handle unleaded/monkeyed with fuels???
