R100RS overnight in rainstorm, now have issues

Hi All,
Hope you all are still OK. Long time no posting because small children needs lots of attention..
Anyhows, as the subject said, after the bike was left in a rainstorm overnight, and now the bike will run for a few minutes, then sputter, backfire and loose power completely.
The work already been done to source the problem: changed the surpressors, coils, condensor (bought new one), plugs, plug wires. Had electronic ignition, switched it to the old bean can, and changed it back to a good electronic ignition.
Also changed the ignition itself.
What else can there be to look out for?? This is driving my Friend mad.
I search and got some stuff, but perhaps this is somewhat different with all the water the bike got...
As always ANY help appreciated.
Thanks
