A new product on the market to deal with these issues.
A little pricey, and I have not tried them –
but being a long term sufferer, it's got my interest:

Worth the experiment if you are desperate I guess, but it sounds like snake oil to me.
I urge anyone who has CTS to have the operation. It's a day surgery procedure, and provides a permanent fix. There's some discomfort for a couple of weeks, but it is worth it. I put up with numbness and excruciating pain at night for most of 30 years.

It's really two different things. Carpal tunnel is not something that's going to be affected much, if at all, by that device But, you don't need carpal tunnel for vibration to make your hands go numb on long rides.
That said, I have no idea if the device is going to actually work, but it's a sensible idea. Plus, any product given a name tht is a take-off on the Terminator, has GOT to be a seriously engineered device.

I have the beginnings of a Dupuytren's Contracture in my throttle hand. I first noticed it about 2 years ago, and it hasn't progressed much. It's not as advanced as this example, which isn't as advanced as it can be.
My throttle hand does get a slight numbing occasionally, from a very slight vibration. I've never done anything to the handlebar to try and fix this, other than aim for excellent tune.
There are a variety of techniques described, including filling the handlebar with lead shot.
That thing is for 7/8" bars. Wouldn't fit our 22mm bars would it?

I have less trouble with numb and tingly fingers since I installed heated grips.

I found my wrists and hands enjoy looking at R1200S's and RR 1000's more than riding any length of time
in the sport position.
Does this mean I am OLD?

You're just making excuses unless you are older than I.
