'74 R90/6 Brake line dimensions

I did a quick search but got nothing back...what are the dimensions for the brake line fittings? I have to order the split line for the K100 dual disc setup I'm swapping in but I'm not 100% on which fittings to specify. I need I.d, thread size/pitch and the bevel angle.
