Anyone on this site have information about Salt Springs Fl? I plan on visiting there around Sept. 9th. if it is a worth while place to see. Any info would be welcome :?: . Thanks, Michael.

If you like the history of the caucasion invasion of this continent, St. Augustine might prove interesting. It is north of you on the east coast.

Are you from N. America?

Yes and I have been to St Augustine many times. It is my favorite city.

I think that is near Ocala. There is a place called Juniper Springs. It's been a while since I was there, but it was a very beautiful place and a great spot to swim. The water temp is always perfect and clear. Great mam I mean memories there. Go there! :)

Salt Springs used to be a beautiful place in the wilderness.
My daddy hunted around there...Ocala forest.
The spring itself was one of those crystal-clear deep holes in the earth that made you want to dive in as far as you could go.
I haven't been there in over 50 years. I bet it's all different now.
