I have 3 titles for which I have no parts. If you have the frame or engine, I will send you the title. Probably it is only useful for historical purposes, as you probably got a title long ago.

Probably wouldn't hurt to mention which year/model they are for...

Duane -

I have those numbers up on the VMCA Orphan list...might be helpful. I recently read where the Orphan List actually reunited an engine and a frame, so I guess it can work!!

I didn't look up the models and have no clue as to year. One can't trust a California title for year. It is an accident if it is correct for "Date First Sold"

Kurt, good job and I would hope that VIN parts can get back together again. That is why I mentioned it.

I know what you mean. I have a 1961 R50/2 which is titled as 1964. It was bought in Germany at Schorsch Meiers dealership and shipped back to the USA at a later date. I'm guessing the person at the DMV saw the the German number "1" on the original title, with the long leading stroke, and thought it was a "4".

Oh those "titles".
I thought perhaps you wanted to be addressed as "Sir". :P

I'll take "Earl of Kent."

"Kurt, Earl of Kent" has a nice ring to it. "Ken, Earl of Kent" would just sound like you were stuttering.
