/5 center stand bushing installation

I installed a new center stand today and am not sure it is installed correctly. It does work correctly but the bushings did not install the way I thought they would. The way it is installed, the bushings are bolted to the frame like a spacer. The bushings dont move. I thought the centerstand and bushing would move together. The way it is now there is no way to really grease it because the center stand flange moving around the bushing leaves no place to apply grease or atleast no place where the grease will last a while. What do you think?

For that application, I use PJ-1 Black Label Chain Lube. It's a tacky moly grease w/ a solvent carrier in a spray can with a straw...

Place the bike on the sidestand (that is, unload the centerstand). Spray the PJ-1 while wigging the centerstand. The solvent allows the chain lube to creep into recesses and hard to reach areas. Wipe away the excess. The solvent will evaporate...leaving the tacky grease behind...

Great for cable ends, too. One of the small cans will last a LONG time

Your installation is correct the bushings are not supposed to rotate. In fact the real damage to the frame lugs occurs when they come loose. My solution to long life is routine removal, clean and re-grease perhaps once a year or every few years depending on use.
