turn signal indicator

Post by painter.724 »

Greetings,
1975 R60
To start off with I have very little electrical knowlege.
When using my turn signals, 75% of the time my yellow indicator light does not work. The other times it does. The turn signals themselves always work
Will someone please point me in a direction to fix this problem Thanks Dave

funny thing, I've been looking into the signal relay myself, but for different reasons. I came across an interesting article that addresses your problem. http://tinyurl.com/7o5m5qd

Hope this helps!

Here too is a great way to not have to spend $50-60 on a OEM relay. You can do the below for less than five bucks, and it works great having put it on both the /7 and '84 RS. Note the post from "Ken in Oklahoma"....

I recall it was "the quinner" that first posted a few years ago here about the cheap blinker relay fix.
