G'day Fellars
I'm a bit apprehensive about getting these buggered badges removed from the tank without damaging it any further,
It's not perfect but it does me, so does anyone know a way to do this with no dings or scratches?
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Bob

Bob, try using a hair dryer. A bit of heat and the adhesive should come right off.

The hairdryer heat + cutting through the adhesive with some dental floss will even get a stubborn one off.

You want to preserve that badge?
Jeez, Bob, they are not that expensive. Your bike will look a million dollars with new ones.

If you want to get the new badges correctly aligned, put a piece of tape over it with one edge lined up with the horizontal line of the blue / white and overlapping on to the tank. Cut the edge where it leaves the emblem, then you have a way to line it up.

This little tip is golden.
