Biker's Swags

This question is aimed at my Aussie coherts here... Can anyone recommend a Biker's swag
they have used, heard the "Oztrail" Biker swag is quite a good one.
Have gone off the idea of a small tent,sleeping bag etc. to save space when touring.

Swags, a contentious topic.
There are times when a swag is more than adequate, and times when a swag is a dismal failure.
Wet weather is the time when in my opinion, a swag doesn't cut it.
Many swag owners will probably disagree.
If it isn't going to rain, a swag is an appealing way to sleep. not sure how much room a swag will save, I've seen some bloody big swags on bikes.
But when it is raining, a decent size 2 person tent has all your gear inside. Within reach.
You can sit up in a tent, not a swag.
A tent is by far easier to get into when shit-faced, although sometimes I have just given up and slept on top of said collapsed tent.
And, when it's raining you can have friends over if you have a tent for activities such as philosophical discussion, chess, diaphragm repairs, smoking joints or fighting. Yer ain't gonna do that sort of shit in a swag.
J Allen & Son in Moorabin, Victoria, produce top quality larger swags. Check 'em out and see if they do a smaller version.

As a space saver, from what I've seen around, a two man and a down compressible (expensive) sleeping bag probably take up less space than a swag. Rolling the sleeping bag into the tent, and using a bigger cover to suit might save space? My Aldi tent has a ripped poor quality cover (matches the excellent tent!) but my sleeping bag is large, so I was going to experiment with that technique for next time.
I haven't seen too many swags though so search around for a smaller setup.

I haven't the foggiest idea. Well I didn't until I Googled it. It seems to be like a bivi sack but with a mattress. See link. I assume that they're all similar.

Their an Ozzie invention as far as I know, originating from the early Cattlemen days,
accomodation for when they were out bush mustering cattle for weeks or months
at a time. Swags have come a long way in design and these days are more like micro tents,
still widely used in the bush... I cant seem to upload my pic of one.
