Anyone on this site have experience with a stuck master cylinder plunger?

No, but I have had experience with a stuck piston in a caliper. I rigged up an adapter with a brake line fitting on one end and a zerk on the other. Several squeezes on the grease gun popped the piston right out.michael wrote:Anyone on this site have experience with a stuck master cylinder plunger?
T'was a big mess to clean afterwards though. A person might want to try air pressure first. I can't remember if I did that.

Yeah, air will break one loose if it's not TOO bad, but the grease gun trick will work on just about anything.
