speedometer

Post by michael »

What are some options for repairing a speedometer on an 85 R80? Is there anyone on the east coast that rebuilds them? The odometer and lights are not working. The trip meter is. Thanks.

The only "east" coast place that I know about is Joel Levine in Atlanta:

Everyone else is in California or Austin, Texas.

The lights might be as simple as replacing the bulbs.
The odometer might be a matter of a dab of adhesive....in the right place o' course. Have a crack as you might save yourself a coupla hunnerd. If you mess it up, then spend the money. Dwerbil's excellent photo library.
