Pushrod seals on a 79 R65

Can't put it off much longer. The puddles under my R65 are getting to be a hazard. I have done this job once on the R90, but I think the R65 is more like a /7 than a /6.

Are there O-Rings at the base of the cylinder? Do I need to buy anything for this project other than the seals?

PS, I am terrified that a seal is a sea going mammal and that pushrods thingys have some other spelling, and having just tweaked MS, I am probably due for a whooping. If thats the case, lets get on with it and then return to the question above.

I'm pretty sure your bike is toast.

Deliver it to me, and I will give you salvage value for it, out of the kindness of my heart, whether you deserve it or not.

Brad,

For each side you will need the large o-ring and two small o-rings.
The pushrod tube seals are a different part # than the type 247's.
Be sure to install them the "right way" up.

I thought the cylinder base o-rings started with the Nikasil cylinders in 1981 (?) you will need the top stud o-rings.
