I am dismantling two 1974 R90/6 bikes. Both suffered catastrophic engine failures on the freeway. I quickly sold off the major good parts to get my money out and the "profit" just sat there for 10 years, taking up space and collecting dust.
I removed a rusty Magura low bar today. It is straight, but really ugly. This is for the person who wishes to try low bars without spending a lot of $$. Your US bar cables will work just fine if you reroute them. If you like these bars, then go buy good stuff. If not, then you have only wasted shipping and some time.
These are very close to the original low bars, but these are aftermarket bars offered by Flanders and others.
First email gets them for the shipping price.
I will also be offering up the rest of the bits and pieces for money. One of the two forks is still in alignment. The driveshaft is in super condition. Headlight with both switches, speedo core, frame, controls with perch wedges, hydraulic steering dampers and a 35 lb box of bits will be listed separately on eBay.
Don't ask for parts, as I am not digging through stuff. The box of bits should interest someone who likes to play with the /6, as every fastener, bracket, footpeg, brake lever, wiring loom and far more just got tossed into a box.
