I think that motor may carry the boxer into the 22nd century. I don't have any use for Hill Assist or shift assist and I think it it too pointy for my tastes, but I do like it. I am paying more attention to the mid size bikes these days, but if I ever decide to do another 10,000 mile plus tour - this bike would be attractive. I hate hotels and I am not sure I am tough enough for continuous tent camping anymore.

That is a long time to stay awake!
Red Bull?
I am planning on duplicating this set-up, but with a lower-priced Nemo tent.
This guy Mike carries all this on his Honda 125/150.

I wonder what a tip over would cost to repair? MIght as well buy the GS instead, and get all the utility!

Thousands.
Because Mr. Assessor also has to replace parts that may have only received a fright.
