Instrument housing model ID.

Post by SteveD »

Which years had the tachometer with the blue high beam indicator light at about 6 o'clock?

The 81-84 had the high beam light under the GEN light in the middle of the housing, so it's some models before that.

My 1975 R75/6 has the high beam indicator in the 6 o'clock position on the tachometer.
Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.

Thanks Melville. I'm presuming therefore that the whole /7 range also used it.
