This has been my method for Airhead forks. Works 2 out of the 2 times I've done it!
Thanks for sending that along. I will give it a shot, though seems complicated and easy to mess up.

If it's truly stiction instead of thick fork oil, try this: During my rebuild, several sites recommended loosening the upper and lower triple clamps and the fender mount / brace and bouncing the bike by rocking it. I will try without the pods. I have just been testing in the driveway and have yet to ride it after the carb rebuild because I've been working on other issues as well. The diaphragms have even inspected and are perfect. They are installed correctly. I am very meticulous.

Incandescent, but it's only 25-35w.

Just to follow up in case anyone is interested, still no luck with any of the suggestions. The only thing I can think of is that the forks are out of alignment, and for some reason that doesn't show when doing the stiction pull up and drop test without oil in the forks. Jetting Help

Hi all, I have newly rebuilt Bing carbs, pod filters, and low restricted mufflers with baffles. I am having a difficult time getting it tuned. (I know pod filters are hated on, but It's too late to go back). I'm also sure this has been discussed but I can't find an answer applicable to my situation....
