OZ get together this Spring?

This is for the discussion of Motorcycling. The art, the science, the theory of all things related to our favorite sport... riding motorcycles.

OZ get together this Spring?

Post by Mal S7 »

Here having a beer with SteveC wondering when the next run is? He is offering this beautiful farm in Orange as a campsite and then we can find a local road less travelled.

Thats one idea. Any others welcome

Well, it's one way to get SteveC to attend a gathering.

The wattles are out, the plum trees are blossoming and the willows are greening up. Spring must be on the way, and a young (or middle-aged or even old) man's fancy will inevitably turn to getting on a motorcycle and riding enormous distances to get pissed with like minded fools.

I'm in.

G'day Charlie,

yep is 24 degrees here right now and a storm about to break, plants about to explode into growin'.
I tried to talk SteveC into a run to Dargo. I gotta do that ride to Bairnsdale again one day.
So Vic's not out of the question but if we can persuade yers to come here maybe we can get some visitors from up North to meet in the middle? Eh Sibbo, Shell'be?

Hey Mal, good idea for a northern run. Clippo will have to ride up and down his driveway a hundred times and buy some spray on bugs for his helmet visor and teeth.

I'm keen but probably restricted to one night out at this stage. Any suggestions on dates?
Somewhere within 750kms would suit better.

750kms huh, where does that circle extend to I wonder. Not to Indonesia where Sibbo apparently lives,.. Canberra? If Charlie and anyone interested can make it to Orange then we could all go South to meet you for a night Steve. I will check with SteveC on possible dates, he is free to roam on alternate weeks. Lookin at Oct before we will be organised

cheers
