Somewhere Wagga side of Cowra? Is there much in the Temora/Cootamundra region?
Do they have corners yet out there?

Orange or Cowra areas are fine for me though I'm busy until the middle of October,

Hi fellas,

I been busy busy doing 2 jobs lately (but not two salarys ) I should learn to say no! Finally caught SteveC, how about somewhere around Temorah NSW weekend of 16-18th October? There are some planes, Spitfire and a Boomerang flying at the air museum http://www.aviationmuseum.com.au/vistor ... index.html

and the Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory is excellent for a coffee http://www.greengroveorganics.com.au/ and I recall its a pretty run through the farmland from Gundagai.

I will try to find a suitable Pub or Campsite in that region but first want to test the waters with availability.

I'm afraid October isn't good for me with multiple family stuff happening. A b-i-l wedding, my wifes 50th, my fathers 80th...all in a row. November isn't much better. Cup weekend is to be avoided due to buckets of traffic, but it might be ok up that way I suppose. The w/e of the 21/11 I'm on another weekender that's already organised.

edit: the first weekend in October is clear.

Perhaps multiple Spring get-togethers may be the solution, along with a big early summer gathering in December.

Jane and I are planning a Geehi run next weekend. It's the NSW Labor Day long weekend and the weather forecast is looking very nice. All welcome.

And Hans has a leave pass for the Melbourne Cup very long weekend. He's heading up this way with the intention of escaping into the mountains - destinations to be determined. All welcome.

Pete is back in Oz. I'm sure he'll be keen to go for a ride on the proper side of the road sometime soon.

Any others? I'm keen. It's been a long winter.
