Ouch! At those prices you may have to ask some of your friends from the colonies to send you a kit.

Ah well, the handlebar mounted MC and new stainless hose cost less than refurbishing the under-tank thing again, and you get brakes that work as a bonus. No more submitting a request in triplicate and praying to all the various gods when you need to stop.jagarra wrote:Ouch! Seems to me to install the handlebar mounted MC it would involve changing quite a few items. My existing front brake perch has the throttle and switch housing incorporated in the unit. So going to that new style would involve changing quite a few items as well.
I really like the cleaner look of the old style system, so we will see how it plays out on the new system when I get to it. I did find and order a splitter made for 3 bulb end brake lines in case I have to use the 14 MM MC.
