Ross---there's surely an R1200C or an F650 "Fundorko" out there for your next "canvas".

Now, now, khittner. Ross just might buy a Yamaha this time. Then it doesn't matter, does it.

Btw, I've lodged a report with the RSPCBMW's who informed me that there have been other reported sightings of a bmw with a shovel stuck in its head. They're trying to get a handle on it.

I bought the Zombie Slayer. A customised 1987 Honda XL600VH Transalp. I know this bike. Have ridden with it on a ride last year. Very nimble in the corners.

An excellent choice imo, Ross. Those bikes get rave reviews all the time, and are apparently most excellent to do custom work on. Abundant parts supply.
I don't know why anyone would bother with an old BMW.

Wow, center stand, shaft drive... all it needs is a round headlight.
And actually, with no chain maintenance, the center stand is less an issue, until it comes time to repair or replace a tire.
