Are you looking for a permanent mount or something to use for troubleshooting?

I use one of those lazer temp "gun" to check on the relative temp of the two cylinders. They are like $30. now. But if you want a constant monitor that's different situation. You should be able to tell if things are getting hot without a gauge.

Sparkplug washer thermocouples are one way to do it. Many digital multi-meters have a setting for type K thermocouples.

I've used a simple Trailtech 14mm spark plug unit for my mopeds. Pretty accurate. Small too, so it can be hidden pretty well. It was about $40. That is just one cylinder though.

VDO used to sell a cyl head temp gauge that would match the clock and ammeter in the RT/RS bikes. I may have one laying around.

Yes thanks. Looking for permanent mount gauge for when I get stuck in traffic. This way I know when to shut down.

The "gauge" you need is a cell phone mount so you can run WAZE and avoid the traffic to begin with !
