Mount Yamnuska at the eastern edge of the Canadian Rockies. If you're a closet geologist (like me), you'll search long to find a more dramatic thrust fault. That whole exposed face is all Cambrian... :ugeek:

Yumnaska's actually become quite an international destination for free-climbers. There's over 100 routes up that face which is ~300m vertical. I've only ever summited it by scrambling (lots of scree!) the backside though.

Hello, This is my first BMW. Have had Harley, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki ect but never a BMW. A guy at church talked me into a BMW. I am happy he did. I bought it a couple months ago and I really really like it!
1985 k100rs with 77000 miles. Have been working pretty steady on it and now she is street legal. The Red blows me away. Great bike. I have about 2k(us) into it and am thrilled with the outcome. Put a set of Bridgestone Batl axe bt46 tires on it. Have most of the electrics working. Still working on Temp gauge and the fuel notification. Other than that she seems good.
