That's probably where my son is going with his R80 Mono, but with a full rear subframe to support a fiberglass seat and tail section.

I'm working him to keep (at least start with) Bings and airbox, but the project did come with a pair of Mikunis.

I notice the cafe crowd are now all on to the benefits of an oil cooler on a naked bike. It's a got to have item.
It wouldn't be too bad if they weren't all such a bunch of pretentious wankers. Lol.
The bike wouldn't even get to operating temp before being parked for the static display.

I'm not sure how we get to Cafe with knobbies:

But I kinda like this one. Street tires, rearsets, and Clubman bars and it could be a lot of fun.

belt has been upgraded to a chain
My brain goes the opposite. But that is just me. I never owned a belt drive bike. I thought it would be nice.

it would be a good cafe racer but it ended up being way too heavy and powerful for off road
Yet another definition for 'Cafe Racer'... since when has 'Off Road' and 'Cafe Racer' made sense in the same sentence (unless in company with the word 'not' of course...
