If the R80RT wheel comes from a Monolever bike (single sided swingarm, 1985 and up) you'll need to swap the whole R80RT swingarm on and work out how to mount the upper side of the shock absorber. It will take frame and subframe modifications.
If the R80RT was a dual shock bike I think you need to change the brake shoes as well as the wheel. I think the width of the shoes are different.

Assuming you're referring to a wheel and bevel box from a monoshock machine, while the bevel box will bolt up to the R90s swing arm, this isn't a practical proposition because:
a) You won't get the wider tyre to fit between the brake shoes and the left hand side of the swing arm and
b) because the left shock absorber on the R90s swing arm attaches to the left arm of the swing arm which would be unsupported and
c) the swing arm used on the twinshock bikes isn't rigid enough to support a single sided swing arm application.
You could try looking at the rear wheel from a R65LS which is also a 'Y' spoke wheel, albeit with 5 sets of spokes rather than four. You would have to check the rear brake as I believe that this is different for this model.
If it turns out you're referring to a 'snowflake' wheel from a twinshock machine, then this should fit straight up to your R90s bevel box without issues. As far as brake shoes go, even though the shoes changed for the 1980 year, the wheels didn't... so that implies that the later wheel can be used with the original shoes.

My main question, 1986 R80RT (single shock) rear Deferential fits R90S ? I want convert "Y" wheel to my R90S. Thank you.
Re: Help Need Information Deferential Swap .
See the first part of my previous response. It won't happen without some fabrication and using the whole R80RT single sided swingarm.
