That's a moot point. If it's produced for sale in the US as a coversion for US spec vehicles, then it may well be wired to plug and play in a US spec bike. If, on the other hand, it's produced for sale in europe I would expect the connections to be plug and play for a euro spec vehicle which would mean it would need modification for firment to a US spec vehicle. Not difficult to do but you need the tool to remove the connections from the multi plug (or a reasonable substitute).
