I too think it's /5...isn't that a nail key on top of the headlight?

All the signs are that it is a /5 although some things on it aren't original. I'm pretty sure the headlinht shell is one of them. Is it just me or is the front suspension shot... looks like the front wheel is canted to one side and there appears to be a bend in the right hand stanchion
