Early R90/6 wiring diagram

Post by chasbmw »

Does anyone have access point me to a good Online Colour R90/6 wiring diagram?

My bike is early 75, so the earlier 74 wiring diagram should work (eg no earth wires to front indicators). Many thanks

Charles, I hope you got the one from PK. Please note that the labels for the Stop and Tail lamp filaments should be reversed (sorry, I haven't got around to repairing that one).

Here is the JPG

If anyone else wants the PDF just send me an email or a PM with your email address. There's also this one - a more sensible map for the instrument pod, also available as a higher res PDF.

Can I just add that when Charlie sent me his most excellent wiring diagram I followed his recommendation and had it printed in A3 and laminated. It's now not only much clearer than the Haynes or Clymer efforts, but is larger and wipes clean of greasy fingerprints. An invaluable piece of kit.

I have it on 11x17" paper and it's stuck with magnets to the metal doorl in my garage.

It is very nice, I'd print the instument pod one too, but I don't have one (instrument pod)

PK. Many thanks for sending me air bears diagram,

Airbear, many thanks for this, it is really clear and helpful, a copy will be printed and laminated and then rolled up and kept inside the main frame tube.
