So what's the big deal, the guy could still see couldn't he? In Viet Nam there would also have been a family of 6 and a flock of chickens on the bike.

I guess the authorities in Melbourne don't have much of a sense of humor.

And he was wearing a helmet, boots & gloves! ATGATT and barby, he's all set, except where's the beer?

Actually the guy is a Kiwi.
I wooda cut him some slack, se'in it was his first bbq.

That bloke was done for that in 2008, but just made it to court now! The world turns slowly sometimes.
