I can pull the front off petrol bowsers with my tank bag.

I use a dri-rider magnetic tank bag with the straps cut off. Even kangaroos are powerless against it!

How about some feedback on the Aldi tents purchased for the Talbingo run and now coming up on a year old. Have you used them much in the last year?

They pack up nicely and don't take up too much space! That's been it since Talbingo. It appeared dry when I repacked it so I hope it's not all mouldy when I next use it.

It's a single layer tent isn't it ? No fly ? How water proof did it stay as it was used ?

Aldi stuff can be great , I bought their winter motor bike trousers last year. Quilted liner ,armour for my knees, $80 !

It's got a fly. Sibbo, read Grants back yard test where it was erected for a few days in pouring rain...the first page of the thread. Dry!

Look who I found whilst doing a google image search for the tent!

Hey Grant, how quick is it to erect, and pull down etc? no alum. poles as such hey?
After looking at several tent options suggested on my post, not sure I wanna
spend several hundred on one, this Aldi could be the go!

10 minutes max, either way.
It's pretty straight forward Jeff.
