BTW guys, it is not the loss of electrons that get ya...it's when the smoke gets out.
Then things get dicey.

Model planes: I did Ukies for nearly 18 years...then people got too excited about using parking lots to fly...and lots of stores began to stay open on Sundays...

Re: How do I run a /6 without instrument cluster?
My Dad, a mechanical engineer, got me started with rubber powered freeflight. Then one Christmas a Cox .049 powered control line P-40 Warhawk arrived. The instructions said to practice before flying by turning around 60 times, I usually only made it to 16... That's when I got into hand launch gliders. I've done some gas and electric powered R/C over the years, but slope soaring is my favorite, more air time and no fuel costs! Here are some pics of my fastest slope soarer, a Bob Martin SR-7 and a few shots from the air of a couple of the best flying sites on the Big Island:Jean wrote:Model planes: I did Ukies for nearly 18 years...then people got too excited about using parking lots to fly...and lots of stores began to stay open on Sundays...
