Replacement gas cap

Post by w8ejo »

Anyone know of an off the shelf (NAPA, etc) replacement gas cap that will fit the R90S gas tank.

Prefer chrome, non-locking.

Thanks

I have been told (although I've never fitted one myself) that the flip-up caps made for Triumph and Norton tanks will fit. The original manufacturer (Ceandess) is still in business and still making caps. Search ebay and you'll probably find a supplier in the US.

Here's a UK supplier who will ship: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BSA-Triumph-f ... 5199a5ccc8

He wanted $100 for one with "warts & surface scratches".

Insane!
