Re: A Google Map of Our Members Locations
No, Everything is fine.
Had an awful lot of rain
and floods late last year/early this year.
Very dry for the last 6months.
The cyclones were further north.
Had relations (banana growers at Tully) that were
wiped out and blown away . Recovering now.
Tully is one of the wettest places in Australia.
Just ask Mr Google!

Damn Google Maps won't let me position the map with any country other the the U.S. in front. Nationalism at it's finest...Boertjie wrote:And like always the Mericans are in front lol..

Anyone - let me know if there is a way to change that.
I think the only way to find distances between members is to click on "Directions" and type in their locations in the two fields.

Users can drag and zoom in/out to their heart's content.Sibbo wrote:You should just be able to drag it .justoneoftheguys wrote:Damn Google Maps won't let me position the map with any country other the the U.S. in front. I was just trying to create a "home" page with maximum zoom out that would also include Eastern Australia and Norway.
(Sorry Boertjie, it is impossible to get South Africa in on the action... )

I'm just guessing (and using a ruler) but it looks like I am the farthest from Rob Frankham in either direction.Boertjie wrote:And like always the Mericans are in front lol..
