Last week Randy, Jack and I returned from a great 1,300 mile ride out west to Fort Davis and Big Bend.
Randy took like a thousand pictures, all good, but thats too many pictures, so here is my subcollection mostly taken by Randy.

Our last ride
Re: Our last ride
Brad, a better title would have been "Our Most Recent Ride".
I thought you were getting rid of a motorcycle or something.

Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.
Re: Our last ride
Us RS riders do like to get out and see things.
Great pictures Randy,
Just what were you boys lookin' at under the sheets?

Nice pics Brad.
We travlled through the Big Bend area in our VW van way back in 95. Left the van in Presidio for a few days and took a bus to Chihahua and the train through the Copper Canyon and back. A wonderful side trip.
Lovely area in southern Texas. It's an area we recommend to everyone.

So, did Randy do the whole trip on one fill-up with all that fuel capacity?

Yes - I can see where the subject line was a very poor choice.melville wrote:X2. A little fearsome thread title, there.justoneoftheguys wrote:Brad, a better title would have been "Our Most Recent Ride".

For my last five years at work I dreamed about running around Mexico. The border is just a short day trip from my house. It has been a huge dissapointment to me that the situation down there makes that a very bad idea.Garnet wrote:Nice pics Brad.

Gas was no problem, but we had to stop several times for wine.Chuey wrote:So, did Randy do the whole trip on one fill-up with all that fuel capacity?
