Video: Mauna Loa on a Snow Day!

Here is a short video of me reaching the end of the pavement on the top of Mauna Loa last Sunday, a couple days after a big storm swept over the islands. While it wasn't too cold near the summit (you can see the guy in shorts and a t-shirt behind the truck) the wind chill once I got moving required extra warm gloves etc...You can see the Solar observatory up the hill at about 11,000', and a view of snow capped Mauna Kea across the Saddle at the end of the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTpuswNP ...
