A brief stop at Dead Horse gap, near Thredbo.
This is one of Australia's better ski field areas.

I think it was about 3 or 4 years ago that this area was badly hit by bushfires. I never thought this sort of alpine area could burn like it did, but burn it did. Everywhere.

This video is on the section of road between Tom Groggin and Thredbo, which is near Australia's highest hill, Mt. Kosciusco.
It is quite a steep grade in places.
