You need to learn how to use your "list of contacts" in your e-mail software. Then you can store
everyone's e mail, as well as other info, in this list.
When you want to write someone you haven't talked with in a while, you just click "New
Message", then start typing "Rob Va..." and your computer will fill in the rest.
Don't forget your subject line!
