That IS very fun looking. Looking at what successful flat track bikes are like, my guess is that an R100R or R1xxxR would be better than a GS, unless you dropped the GS a lot.

RS would need some good nobbies for sure! they don't like mud.

I raced short track way back when and if were to do that on an airhead I would make a rubber mounted steel shoe for the left valve cover. :D


Edit: On second thought, a crashbar mounted steel shoe.
