Brake light
I just redid the wire harness on my 1971 r75/5 and for some reason the brake light stays on. Any ideas what could be causing the problem. Also what wires should i examine that would be associated with brake light staying on

If it's the rear switch the nut and bolt on the rear brake lever that actuates it can be adjusted further toward the switch. Same on the handlebar switch, but you have to adjust the switch itself further in to the perch.

Very simple. There are two switches. Disconnect the wires and see which it is.
