I'm surprised Shitzuki and others are allowed to make bikes that can go so fast. Going that fast can hurt you and others. Why would anyone need to have a bike that can go so fast? Why would anyone need to own a gun? Why should anyone be allowed to own anything that could hurt someone?

Motorcycles that can go faster than the speed limit should be outlawed; too dangerous. A scooter should suffice just fine for personal transportation. Furthermore we should all have to wear helmets and hi-viz clothing when riding our scooters. And the scooters should be equipped with airbags. And governors so they can't go more than about 25 MPH. Why are you in such a hurry anyway?

But wait, that would cut down on revenue from traffic tickets. Never mind.
