OK, I'll admit it. I have loved the looks of the R90S fairing from day one. I think that my R80/7 would look great in one.
However, I also might be the only person who likes the looks and performance of the luftmeister currently on the bike (with the exception of it being noisey).
My question is about the performance of the R90S fairing. Does it move the air over your head while sitting normally up or does it put the stream in your face? Must you use the low bars with it to get protection from the wind?
Any other issues to be aware of about using this fairing?
Thanks,
Paul

Re: Enchanted
when I had the S fairing on one of my builds, I was able to open up my face shield and leave it open never slamed shut
Bell Sprint helmet
rain left the front of my jacket dry at speed, best core protection I ever had

I'm not sure higher bars would fit, especially with standard S mirrors. I know the mirrors on the S come very close to the lower edge of the fairing.
I don't think the fairing provides a lot of wind protection, but considering I love naked bikes, not a big deal for me. I consider the protection of my 77RS to be a bit of overkill, to where I don't ride it on hot days. The S is much more pleasant. I rode one from NJ to CO on both back roads and interstate without issue.
